About Sharon
With over 20 years of experience across finance, strategy and operational leadership in Ireland and internationally, I help SMEs to regain control of their cash flow, fix what’s holding them back, and build companies that grow without relying on the founder every day.
I am both operations and financial focused having served as a Country Manager for the Irish subsidiary of a global automation company operating in 80 countries, and sitting on the senior management team of a large international business cluster spanning Ireland, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands.
As a commercially focused CFO across companies in Ireland, Europe, the UK, South Africa and Nigeria, and as a board director for an Irish social enterprise, I’ve experienced how well-run organisations operate at every level. I now bring that experience to the SME space, where my focus is making finance practical and tied to the decisions that actually move a business forward.
