What we stand for
Enterprise-grade finance. Without the enterprise overhead.
We built Rhomu for the SMEs that big consultancies underserve and small bookkeepers can't quite reach. Four ideas hold the whole thing together.
Senior. Always.
Every Rhomu engagement is led by a senior fractional CFO with a real career behind them. No juniors billing at senior rates, no armies of analysts.
Small on purpose.
We keep the team small so you get direct access. Your CFO knows your business, not just your file.
Tech/AI in the plumbing.
LUCA runs underneath every engagement. Clean, live numbers by default, not by heroics at month end.
Straight talk.
We tell you what we see. First calls are worth having whether or not you engage us.
Where Rhomu came from
Built by CFOs who kept being asked the same question.
Rhomu started with a small group of senior CFOs, sitting inside scaling businesses, being asked the same thing again and again: "how do we get proper finance leadership and a proper finance function without hiring five people we can't quite afford?"
The answer became Rhomu. A single relationship covering leadership, ops and consulting, with our own AI platform LUCA doing the day-to-day heavy lifting. Senior time where it matters. Automation where it should be automated. No one billing you for filing PDFs.
We work from Dublin, Kilcormac and London.
Where we work from
Three hubs. One team.
The main client hub. Fractional CFO engagements, board work and Dublin-based scaling SMEs.
The Rhomu operations team and the home of LUCA. Where the finance function actually runs.
For UK founders and Irish businesses trading across the water. Same model, same senior time.
