In her prior Roles as a CFO and then as the COO of a global ERP software group serving over 500,000 customers in more than 120 countries, Jennifer worked closely with leadership teams, investors, and partners to drive financial strategy, international expansion, and operational efficiency.
Her role required deep engagement with a broad spectrum of industries - ensuring the company’s ERP solutions reflected financial best practice, efficient operational processes, and regulatory requirements across multiple sectors and geographic regions.
She has led M&A transactions, built global partner networks, negotiated strategic alliances, and implemented AI-driven financial reporting systems that significantly improved forecasting, decision-making, and operational performance.
Jennifer works with founders, CEOs, and investors to strengthen financial strategy, optimise performance, and build scalable financial structures that support sustainable growth, investment readiness, and international expansion.
